A.Y. Jackson

A book launch event is being held at the Art Gallery of Algoma celebrating a memoir documenting thirty years of friendship between Harry Ross and Group of Seven painter A.Y. Jackson from 1945 to 1974. The memoir features rare photographs, personal anecdotes, and descriptions of sketching expeditions across the Lake Superior wilderness. Ken Ross will sign copies of the book, which will also be available for purchase in the gallery shop.
